Laura Edgar
Laura Edgar is convenor of the Taxation of Electronic Commerce LLM option. She is currently involved in several European Commission funded projects conducting research into electronic payment systems, virtual enterprises and legal risk analysis. She is Associate Editor of Electronic Business Law Reports and Case Reviews Editor of Electronic Business Law. She is also Co-editor of 'Cross-Border Electronic Banking: Challenges and Opportunities'.
Research Interests
Laura's research interests are electronic commerce, particularly digital payments systems, taxation, jurisdiction, intellectual property and legal issues affecting virtual enterprises.
