Welcome to the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary, University of London

As Director I would like to welcome you to the CCLS website and hope that you find it useful. The Centre focuses on commercial law teaching and research and has special expertise in arbitration, intellectual property, taxation, financial law, banking law, information technology law and European law. Members are particularly keen that their expertise should be used to assist developing countries and states in transition.
